Last November 17, 2007 I was a speaker for the Cebu EB event at Baseline Restaurant for the topic "How To Earn in Affiliate Marketing Online".

I mention the basics and the facts about affiliate marketing. The huge advantages of being an affiliate marketer are that you can join FREE, you can profit instantly with zero risk and remove the hassles of product creation and development - all you have to do is drive visitors to your affiliate links.

There are lots of affiliate programs floating around, and I recommend to check each program you wish to join since problem arise when merchants/ advertisers don't pay commissions. It happen to Paydotcom.com when my friend referred someone to 7 Figure Code and earned $225 with just that one person. Unfortunately after 5 months later, the commission doesn't arrive even though constant communication with Mike Filsaime and his so called thecustomerhelpdesk.com support.

I know this for fact and although I admire Mike Filsaime, sometimes you can't anymore trust him. If 194,000 Google references of Mike Filsaime, (the guy who said he's the coolest guy on the planet and the owner of instanbuzz.com, prosender.com among others) are good reviews consider this blog of mine as bad review for him. He may not be a scammer but I think he is unethical marketer and a liar (after all that's what most
car salesman/manager do).

There's always a sucker born every minute, those people who believe from these gurus are sometimes sucked up and ended up burned and drained their hard-earned money much less thier credit cards. That's why Mike Filsaime and others are bashed at Wicked Forum.

In contrast, since August 20, 2003 when I joined as an affiliate marketer for Internet Marketing Center (IMC) for Corey Rudl (now deceased from car crash) now replaced with Derek Gehl, they are consistent and never missed to pay my commissions all the time.

IMC has been there even before internet became popular in the 90's. I can't recommmend them more. Right now, they have an awesome line of products that you can promote.
