The last time I was on the GDI leaderboard for having at least 5 signups in a week, I thought when I submitted my testimonials and emailed by photos that I already completed the requirements to claim my bonus. It turns out that it was lacking some requirements.
I waited for my bonus since last week of May for the month of April and May 2009 but it seems that nothing happens so I send an email to GDI. Last May 30, I receive an email that I lack 3 requirements that I need to signed my signature.
They sent me the PDF file of the following:
1. The W-8BEN – only 1 page
2. Independent Affiliate Agreement Terms and Condition (IAATC) - consist of 3 pages only
3. Independent Affiliate Policies and Procedures (IAPP) - consist of 15 pages
So what I did, I print all these PDF files, signed each pages of the document (all 19 pages), then scan the document and send them via email. I cropped the scanned docs, compressed it to zip file and it is still around 3.8 MB file size. I only zip the IAPP which is 15 pages and attached as image for W-8BEN and IAATC
After submitting all the documents, I waited for response but since it was already weekend I suppose that they will read my email by Monday.
But by Monday I have no feedback. Until the next following day I received an email that says…
“Thank you for submitting your bonus requirements. We will be submitting your payment details to our accounting department this afternoon. Please allow up to 5 business days to receive your bonus….”
I was glad that they received it and I’ll just have to wait. What 5 days? No. Then the following day (Wednesday June 2), I eagerly open my Acer AAO netbook wirelessly connected to my Wi-Fied apartment, open Thunderbird email software, then to my surprise I received 5 notification emails from paypalbonus @wsdomains.ws
So there I just received my first bonus from GDI. It’s not big unlike Tissa Godivatarne $51K GDI bonus alone.
If I didn’t email them about when I’m going to received my bonus, I just waited for nothing. And it was entirely my mistake that I didn’t review check the requirements stated here.
It even said that I only need to send the last page which I did not, I sent all the pages with my signature. I have a lessson to learn here. Double-check and recheck, don’t trust your mind to remember anything. Make notes and organize. I guess I’m just to busy with something else. 
It’s nice to learn that with these kind of bonus offered by GDI, it’s like earning at least $20 per person you signup with them in a week. And as if you don’t probably know, GDI offered a cool bonus if you signed 5 members in a week, they send you $100 to your paypal account. If you get 10 another $100 bonus and there’s no limit on how you can earn that. This is aside from $1 person in your group iregardless of who is thier sponsor as long as they are member under you up to your 5th level.
Right now my members are swelling down near 100 and I’m barely just 3 months with GDI.
