This week is my first week doing Beach body’s Slim in 6 programme and today it will be my 5th day! It’s been a sweaty week, the exercises are good, it’s not that hard and it only took 25 minutes tops. As you may know, I have programmed my mind to lose some pounds this year. Right now I am technically obese (not morbidly) i need to shed around 50 pounds!!!. My weight as of now is 220 pounds (5 days ago it’s 225) and my ideal weight should be 170 pounds.
My tummy measured around 42.5 inches (43″ 5 days ago) and the waistline at 39.5 inches (40″ 5 days ago). There’s little improvement but it’s still a long way to go. I don’t even think of doing P90X that’s maybe next year 2010.
I think that the program “Slim in 6″ is a good startup exercises for people like me who are couch potato and living a passive lifestyle. This week and weeks ahead I’m going to change that. (with God’s help!)
