From my experience, I received it 2 days after I requested a transfer. (see the screenshot above). Others have separate experience but I can't be sure yours will be the same as mine. It's not 70,000 pesos but only 7,000 pesos below (or 6,999 to be accurate) that you'll only be charge 50 pesos. Above that amount, its free.
